This will eventually lead you to more water intake due to thirsts as a result of the strenuous activity. Drinking a lot of water is very essential in most weight loss programs because this is beneficial flushing out harmful materials stored in the body and it also enables oxygen to fill in most organs in the body including the brain; making your mind very active in most activities that you perform.

In order to make your program to lose weight by running very effective, you need to have proper time management that allows you to do daily exercises for at least an hour each day where you can run for healthier body. The lifestyle of most people today may sometimes make it hard to set some time to do this activity due to the daily pressures and demand in work and family; however, you must try to squeeze in your time that will allow you to jog and run for at least three times per week, but much better if you can do it on a daily basis. Just think that this could greatly save your life by making your body healthy and keeping your mind active all the time.

4. Take your exercising up a notch. If you used to exercise thrice a week, then you may want to do it every day of the week. Tiring yes, but this is one of the sacrifices that you must do if you are aiming to lose weight the soonest possible time.

Here is another tip. Some studies have proven that a short routine works better than a longer one. So if you want to lose 10 pounds a week, you can break up your entire 40 - minute exercise routine to 4 segments of 10 minutes each or 2 sets with 20 minutes each. The steps may seem really easy, but the challenge comes in when you are actually doing it. So just be patient and all your efforts will pay off. Remember this "lose 10 pounds a week" routine only is only ideal if you want to lose weight prior to a special event or if you want to break out of a weight loss plateau. You cannot do this for a long period of time, as it may be dangerous to your health.
